A good source of fiber, bananas can help reduce the swelling and gas associated with constipation. Bananas also contain potassium, a mineral that helps regulate fluid levels in your body and gives relief from bloating.
If you eat bananas regularly, you can eliminate the swelling. You can eat as an appetizer or add to the fruit salads and baked desserts.
Fennel seeds are very effective for digestive problems such as swelling due to its carminative, diuretic, pain-reducing and anti-microbial properties. Fennel seeds help relieve swelling from relaxing muscle spasms in the digestive tract.
1. Chew some fennel seeds after eating a large meal.
